This is the Seri Wawasan Bridge in Putrajaya, Malaysia. It has a single span which is 240 metres in length, supported by stayed cables which are suspended from leaning concrete pylons. The Seri Wawasan Bridge carries a six-lane avenue, three each way, as well as pedestrian walkway on each side. Its dramatic appearance is said to be inspired by the Bugis schooner.
