A Bronze Guanyin (Goddess of Mercy) (99.08 feet tall)

The bronze Guanyin (Goddess of Mercy) is 30.2 metre (99.08) tall and is found at the Kek Lok Si (Cantonese) Buddhist Temple which means Temple of Nirvana. Kek Lok Si is one of the largest and best known temple in Malaysia. The temple was first built in 1893 but construction is still on going up until now. Kek Lok Si began extension with an addition of a huge and tall Guanyin statue which was completed in 2002. The work is now to construct eight pillars around Guanyin to support a roof over the statue! The all bronze Guanyin statue is flanked by a few tall structure of Luohan (Guards) statues.
